Welcome To Scott 72 Dental Centre!

During your first appointment at our Delta dental practice, your dentist will need to establish where you stand in terms of your oral health.

For this reason, we will perform a complete oral examination as part of your first visit with us. This will include an oral cancer screening, a periodontal evaluation, an analysis of your occlusion (bite) and a thorough examination of your teeth and their supporting structures, as well as your overall oral anatomy.

Insurance

We accept all dental insurance policies and direct bill your insurance company for your convenience.

You would only be responsible for your co-payment at the time of service, and then have the insurance company reimburse us for the balance.

Payment Plans

You can obtain specific details about dental health coverage for you and your family from your dental service plan provider (e.g. full coverage dental insurance).

At Scott 72 Dental Centre, we believe finances should never be a barrier to our patients' good oral health.

New Patient Forms

To make sure you get the best care possible for your needs, accurate information regarding your insurance plan and medical history is necessary. All new patients must fill out a Patient Health History Form upon arrival for their first appointment.

Please arrive for your first visit a few minutes early to give yourself enough time to complete all paperwork.
